Strategic Plan for Transformation Process

Step One: Analysis of school
The first step toward any transformational model is to have adequate and correct information about the challenges you face. The Justice Revival will help facilitate a process of encouragement toward hearing the heart and vision of principals, parents, teachers, and students for their school. Scorecards will be published where each school stands academically (according to Texas Education Agency) and in felt needs. This first step will include working with community liaisons and assisting in the development of a stronger community support system for the local school. Representatives from the school student body, faculty, and staff are a key part of the success of this first step, as are parents, non-profits, neighborhood associations, and churches.
