Strategic Plan for Transformation Process
Step Three: Cast Vision
It is important to bring school administrators, student’s reprentatives, community representatives and strategic partnership into a process of helping them process a vision statement for their community and schools. This will be accomplished by:
a. Sponsorship of a Roundtable of Community and School Leaders
b. Desires of leaders articulated and published
c. Campaign slogan by roundtable partners that will guide the participants over next year.
d. Develop a Justice Revival Speakers Bureau to speak at churches, Rotary Clubs, etc. that includes pastors, teachers, principals, and students.
e. Release ownership to community partners.
